You grow KOS in a region: find and open new stores and restaurants, get them set up right (credit, first orders, route day, the ordering app) and work with our sales reps and the warehouse so the new customers stay. We are a full-line wholesale food distributor serving 12 states, and we are growing.

What you’ll do

• Prospect and open new supermarkets, tiendas, convenience stores and restaurants in your territory
• Walk new accounts through credit, first orders and the delivery schedule
• Work with the sales reps on pricing and promotions and keep the pipeline moving
• Report what you see in the market: competitors, prices, what customers ask for

What you need

• Experience selling to grocery stores or restaurants, in food distribution or CPG
• Comfortable traveling your territory
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus
• Valid driver’s license

Antioch, TN · Full-time · Class A CDL

You deliver our orders to supermarkets, tiendas, convenience stores and restaurants on routes out of Antioch, across Tennessee and the nearby states we serve. You unload at each stop with a pallet jack or hand truck, check the order with the customer and bring the paperwork back.

What you’ll do

• Run your route safely and on time
• Unload at each stop and get the delivery signed
• Report shortages, damage and anything the customer tells you
• Keep the truck clean and the pre-trip inspection done

What you need

• Class A CDL, clean MVR and a current DOT medical card (we run a motor vehicle record check and require a DOT physical)
• 21 or older (interstate routes)
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• English or Spanish, both work here

Pay

You are the first check on everything that comes into the warehouse. You unload inbound trucks, count the product against the purchase order, check dates, temperatures and damage, and put it away where the night crew can find it.

What you’ll do

• Unload trucks with a pallet jack or forklift
• Count and check every delivery against the PO and write up shortages and damage
• Check dates and temperatures on cold and frozen product
• Put product away and keep the receiving area clean and organized

What you need

• 18 or older, able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Careful with counts and paperwork; mistakes here cost money
• Forklift experience is a plus
• We work in English and Spanish

You pick the orders our drivers deliver the next morning. You work with a scanner and a pallet jack, pull cases from the pick slots, build and wrap pallets by route and stage them at the dock. The night crew is what makes the trucks leave on time.

What you’ll do

• Pick cases by scanner, build and wrap pallets by stop
• Check counts and dates so the customer gets exactly what was ordered
• Keep your aisles clean and the product rotated

What you need

• 18 or older, able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet the whole shift
• Reliable on a night schedule
• Pallet jack experience helps; forklift certification is a plus
• We work in English and Spanish
