For stores · Retail distribution

Stock the whole store from one truck.

Groceries, beverages, snacks, dairy, meat, frozen and household: the everyday staples every store runs on, plus the best Latin aisle in the Southeast. More than 5,000 products, delivered weekly to supermarkets, tiendas, convenience stores, country stores and meat markets in 12 states.

Who we serve

Built for independent stores

Our founder ran stores before he ran a warehouse. That shows in the details: products carried in and put where you want them, one price list, and a rep who knows your shelves. You get the selection of a big distributor and the attention of a small one.

Tiendas and supermercados

The full Latin assortment: Mexican, Central American, Caribbean and South American brands, plus produce, dairy, meats and frozen.

Grocery and convenience stores

Gas stations, country stores and neighborhood grocers: fill your beverage, snack and candy doors from one delivery, and add a Hispanic section that sells if your customers want one.

Carnicerías, panaderías and more

Spices, tortillas, flour and mixes, disposables and cleaning supplies for specialty shops.

Why stores switch to KOS

One price list. No games.

Prices are set in our system, not by the salesperson, so every store pays the same for the same case on the same day. You see your price before you order, and your invoice matches it.

  • Weekly route delivery with our own trucks and drivers
  • Product carried in and checked against the invoice
  • 90–100% of your store from one supplier, so fewer trucks at your back door
  • Promotions and a new flyer every month
  • A rep who answers the phone

Beyond delivery

Store setups, resets and consultations

A well-organized store sells more. Our team plans product placement, category flow and shelf space the way a chain would, then does the work with you. New store opening, full reset, or a Hispanic section in an existing store: we have done all three many times.

New store setup

Layout, category plan, opening order and a crew to set the shelves before you open the doors.

Store reset

Reorganize what you have so bestsellers get prime space and slow movers stop taking it up.

Brokering

Looking for a product or brand we do not stock yet? We use our supplier relationships to source it at a fair price.

Questions stores ask us

How do I open an account?

Fill out the new customer application. Most accounts are approved within 2–3 business days of a complete file; your rep then sets up your prices, route day and web store login, and your first delivery follows on your next route day.

Where do you deliver?

Weekly routes from our warehouse in Antioch, Tennessee reach Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina and Texas. Not on the list? Ask, routes grow where our customers are.

How do I see prices?

Once your account is active, your prices show in the web store and the app. Promotions go out in a monthly flyer and show in the web store too.

Can I order only part of my store from you?

Yes. Many stores start with one or two categories and add more once they see the service. Most end up buying 90–100% of their store from us.

Do you help with new stores?

Yes. Layout, category planning, opening orders and a crew to set the shelves. Tell us about the store and when you plan to open.

Send us your invoice. See our prices in an hour.

Upload what you buy today — your supplier’s invoice or a photo of it — and we email you an order guide with our price on every line within one business hour. No sign-up, no fees, no games.
