Do I need to be a KOS customer?
No. A new store or kitchen sees our regular prices for its type of business; a current customer sees the prices it already pays.
What if you do not carry an item?
We say so. It is listed as a gap, not replaced with something close, so you know exactly what would still come from somewhere else.
Who sees my invoice?
Your rep and our office. Never another customer, never a supplier, never a price list we publish.
Is it really within an hour?
Yes, Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM Central. Outside those hours it goes out first thing the next business morning.
What happens after?
You decide. Open an account online in about ten minutes, or keep the guide and call us when you are ready.
